about

This was the first demo for The Everest Ruin / Joshua And The Ruins, consisting of live demo takes of just acoustic guitar and vocals. It was originally shared in 2010 as a physical-only CD release, with a hand-drawn insert. It is now presented here in streaming form as a historical starting point to show where these songs, and the project as a whole, originated.

This version also includes a previously unreleased track, "Something About A Red Scarf," which was one of the first demos recorded in 2008.
